This class is about exploring the body through interaction. After a gentle warm-up, we will stretch and breathe in pairs, focusing on the lower and upper back, chest and spine. A partner’s support will help us stretch with greater ease and direct the breath towards parts of the body that often remain unnoticed.
It is a space to feel and be seen.
You are welcome to come on your own — we will find a partner for you.

After the yoga class, everyone is invited to take part in a solidarity campaign supporting Ukrainian civilians who are being unlawfully detained by Russia. Among them are volunteers, teachers, journalists, parents and other civilians imprisoned because of their civic engagement or pro-Ukrainian views.
Together with Liusiena Zinovkina, the wife of a Ukrainian civilian detainee, we will write messages of support on postcards. The postcards will then be sent to Ukrainian civilians unlawfully detained in Russian prisons.
