In 2011, LIBERECO teamed up with four other NGOs working on human rights issues in Belarus to put together a photo exhibition called “Human Rights and Civil Society in Belarus”. This brochure was published to accompany the exhibition.
The exhibition was first shown at the Protestant Church Congress in Dresden and at Amnesty International’s annual meeting in Cologne. It then toured Germany and neighbouring countries.
